Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Service Advisor with automotive dealership experience to guide guests through service needs and deliver exceptional hospitality on every visit.

• Ability to diagnose service needs and communicate options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.
• Troubleshoot vehicle problems by listening to symptoms, clarifying, inspecting, test drives and reviewing records.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, causes and repairs needed.
• Maintain rapport by explaining estimates, obtaining approvals, and coordinating towing or transport.
