Job summary

Russ Darrow Metro Mazda is seeking a tech-savvy Mazda Product Specialist to help customers discover the Mazda lineup and find the best vehicle for their needs. You will learn and explain models, features, and technology while demonstrating products during walkarounds and test drives.

You will greet customers, answer questions, compare models, and coordinate with a manager for pricing discussions. Training is provided, and a generous benefits package supports growth and success.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing and customer-focused individuals needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR and drug screening.
• No experience? Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the Mazda vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Learn and explain Mazda models, trim levels, features, technology, and brand experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and operation during walkarounds and test drives.
• Answer customer questions and make vehicle technology easy to understand.
• Help customers compare models and confidently select the right vehicle.
• Introduce customers to a manager when ready to discuss pricing and purchasing options.
• Assist customers with setting up and understanding their vehicle’s technology.
• Follow up with customers to provide continued product support and encourage repeat and referral business.
