Tulley Automotive Group is hiring a Genius Product and Delivery Specialist to enhance the customer product experience from purchase to delivery. You will explain Mazda technologies and vehicle features at delivery and support the sales team throughout the process.

The role focuses on demonstrating features, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth handover for customers, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Mazda vehicle features to customers.
• Answer client questions about Mazda products.
• Deliver vehicles to customers at pickup.
• Configure vehicle with mobile customizer.
• Conduct test drives as needed.
• Support sales team before, during, and after sale.

Position Overview:

As a Genius Product and Delivery Specialist, you will supports sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining Mazda technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product demonstration of Mazda vehicle features;
• Answers clients questions regarding Mazda products;
• Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up;
• Configures vehicle with mobile customizer;
• Performs test drives as needed;
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.

Requirements

• Valid Driving License;
• Acceptable Driving Record;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
