Role Overview

As the Parts Manager, you will set up and lead the entire parts department, including inventory management, vendor relationships, and team leadership, to build a seamless and high-performing operation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage parts inventory from day one.
• Hire and lead the parts team as the dealership grows.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure accurate ordering.
• Create a customer-first experience as we establish our presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a senior parts role (Mazda experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of parts inventory systems and OEM processes.
• Self-starter with enthusiasm for building something new.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
