Job summary

Orem Mazda in Orem, UT is seeking an Express Service Lube Technician to join our busy service team. You will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, following established procedures and recording findings for service records.

We value a strong work ethic and customer-focused communication. Prior Lube Technician experience is preferred but training is available for motivated applicants with automotive interest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician is preferred but not required; training available.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Join Orem Mazda as an Express Service Lube Technician!

Orem Mazda is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Express Service Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our service department runs smoothly by performing routine maintenance services on customer vehicles. While previous experience as a Lube Technician is preferred, we are open to training candidates with a strong work ethic and a passion for the automotive industry.

Position: Express Service Lube Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles following established procedures.
• Inspect fluid levels, filters, belts, and hoses, identifying potential issues or areas of concern.
• Complete vehicle inspections and accurately record findings for service records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly disposing of waste materials and used automotive fluids.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and efficient completion of service jobs.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and educational programs provided by the dealership.

Requirements:
