Orem Mazda is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team in Orem, Utah. You will present finance options, structure transactions, build lender relationships, and ensure compliant, funded paperwork while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Ideal candidates have automotive F&I management experience, strong communication skills, AFIP certification is a plus, and a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, lease, and protection options to customers.
• Sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and other protection plans.
• Structure retail, lease, commercial, and fleet transactions.
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships.
• Ensure finance paperwork is accurate, compliant, and funded on time.
• Partner with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain AFIP certification and all required licensing.
