Job summary

Staffmark Group in Jersey Village, TX is hiring a Mazak CNC Milling Machine Operator to set up, program, and operate Mazak mills. You will read blueprints, adjust tooling and offsets, and inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure quality production in a safe environment.

We're looking for 3–5 years of CNC milling experience, proficiency with Mazak machines, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of CNC milling experience.
• Experience programming, setting up, and operating Mazak CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, edit, and operate Mazak CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specs to determine machining requirements.
• Select, install, and adjust tooling, fixtures, cutting tools, and offsets for quality production.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain production schedules per safety standards.
