Job summary

Micro Precision is seeking a Mazak Milling Machinist to operate Mazak CNC milling machines, programs, sets up, and produces precision components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain quality and safety standards while keeping production flowing through established workflows.

US citizenship is required per DoD requirements; candidates should demonstrate Mazatrol knowledge, G-code proficiency, and the ability to read/write tolerances to ±0.0005.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mazatrol controls and G-code programming.
• Ability to read and write G Code and hold ±0.0005 tolerance.
• Experience setting up machines and tooling; able to use measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mazak CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Program, set up, and run Mazak equipment following engineering specs.
• Maintain in-process inspection and quality records.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to safety standards.
