Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Mazak CNC operating experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC machines.
• Machine components according to drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Select appropriate tooling and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Load materials and properly position parts for machining.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect completed parts.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances throughout the machining process.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining or tooling issues.
• Perform routine machine and work-area maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all company machining and shop safety procedures.
