Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines for production runs.
• Ensure proper tooling and programs are installed for jobs.
• Adjust machine feed and speed, change tooling, or adjust controls when programming is faulty.
• Monitor machine during production and adjust programs as necessary.
• Calculate speed, feed ratio, and cut dimensions.
• Verify finished parts with precision measuring instruments.
• Prioritize work per production schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Wear PPE in shop areas.
• Manage waste and promote energy conservation.
• Other duties as assigned to meet objectives.
