Job summary

Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions team seeks a Senior Consultant with deep Maximo expertise to guide asset management projects. You will lead discussions, translate requirements into technical designs, and steer a team of Maximo professionals.

Travel up to 50% may be required depending on client needs. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Maximo configuration, strong integration skills, and an IBM Maximo certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in consulting in professional services.
• 7+ years configuring and supporting Maximo processes.
• Strong Maximo app knowledge including Organization/Site, Asset, Inventory, Work, Procurement, Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on asset and work management processes; capture business requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specs; interface between users and Maximo team.
• Act as Maximo technical lead for design with architects.
• Lead a team of Maximo consultants to implement designs.
• Configure Maximo applications, MIF, and security; develop reports (BIRT).
• Create artifacts for development/testing; ensure compliance with processes.
• Perform data loads using MIF or MXLoader.
