Pragma Edge Inc. seeks an experienced IBM Maximo Practice Head to lead North America growth, blending deep MAS expertise with presales, solutioning, sales and GTM strategy.

You will build differentiated Maximo offerings, establish reusable assets, and drive revenue growth while partnering with IBM, customers and leadership to scale the Maximo practice across industries in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo / EAM solutions.
• Strong MAS and Maximo Manage expertise.
• Experience architecting enterprise Maximo implementations and migrations.
• Proven track record in presales, solution architecture and customer workshops.
• Experience driving sales, BD and GTM for Maximo/EAM solutions.
• Ability to build client relationships with senior executives.

Aufgaben

• Lead Maximo practice strategy for North America.
• Develop offerings, partnerships, sales and delivery capabilities.
• Identify opportunities around MAS, upgrades, migrations, reliability and AI-enabled asset management.
• Provide MAS architecture leadership across complex opportunities.
• Drive presales, POCs, demonstrations and customer workshops.
• Own revenue growth and sales pipeline for the Maximo practice.
• Build and scale a national delivery team with offshore options.
