Job summary

Idexcel is seeking an experienced technical lead to helm multiple IBM Maximo upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. You will serve as the senior technical resource across Maximo 7.5/7.6 and MAS 9, guiding architecture, configuration, and integrations while ensuring performance and availability.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Maximo, WebSphere, Oracle databases, and large-scale deployments, with strong communication skills for cross-team

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting enterprise asset management with IBM Maximo 7.5/7.6.
• Hands-on with Maximo Application Suite 9, including architecture and deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of the Maximo Integration Framework and related technologies.
• Led Maximo upgrade, migration, or modernization projects.
• Experience migrating apps across VMware/Hyper-V.
• Strong understanding of WebSphere, databases, middleware, security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for concurrent Maximo upgrade, migration, integration, and modernization projects.
• Lead technical resources for Maximo 7.5/7.6 and MAS 9 environments.
• Provide hands-on support for Maximo architecture, configuration, integration, and performance analysis.
• Lead re-platforming of Maximo 7.5 to 7.6 and related upgrade activities.
• Coordinate migration from VMware to Hyper-V or approved hosting.
• Oversee Oracle database upgrades and migrations.
• Assess components for risks, dependencies, and remediation needs.
• Design solutions addressing application, database, infrastructure, and security requirements.
