Job summary

Creative Global Consulting is seeking a Maximo Lead Developer to design, develop, test, and implement Maximo applications for USPS enterprise systems. You will lead development, design algorithms, manage databases, and guide a team to deliver robust software within time and cost constraints.

The role requires 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience, strong knowledge of Maximo 7.x configurations, and proficiency in Java, Python, and PL/SQL.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as Technical Functional resource for IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software.
Experience configuring and supporting IBM Maximo 7.x with Maximo Integration Framework, Java and BIRT report writing.
Installation and upgrade experience for IBM Maximo 7.x including Migration Manager, Workflow Designer, Application Designer and Database Configuration.
Proficiency in Java and Python programming with Oracle PL/SQL development experience.

Responsibilities

Maximo Development & Customization – Design, code, and implement Maximo applications, enhancements, and configurations across functional and technical areas.
Algorithm & Database Development – Develop algorithms and design/optimize relational databases to support performance and scalability.
Software Development Planning – Create software development plans, technical strategies, and coding standards to guide project execution.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing – Work closely with stakeholders and team members, contributing to solution design and sharing technical expertise.
Research & Problem Solving – Conduct research on specialized areas, devise solutions to potential issues, and evaluate alternatives.
