Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled MAS Technical Engineer to provide architectural leadership and hands-on MAS implementation for NASA enterprise operations. The role focuses on Maximo architecture, API management, and secure integrations across multiple environments.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of MAS experience, strong Linux scripting, and hands-on MAS deployment expertise, including OpenShift, MAF, and BI reporting with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced expertise in IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and REST API integrations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIRT reporting and Microsoft Power BI.
• Linux operating systems and architecture with scripting, system operations, and performance management.
• MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and MAS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting activities for MAS.
• Lead technical design of Enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA Enterprise systems.
• Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Configure and support Maximo Mobile, including SSO implementations.
• Create MAS configurations using MAF Configuration to modify MAS configurations.
