Job summary

Columbus Technologies and Services seeks a MAS Technical Engineer with 8+ years of Maximo experience and strong Linux proficiency. You will provide architectural leadership and hands-on implementation to ensure a secure, scalable MAS environment supporting NASA's Enterprise operations.

You will collaborate with leadership and vendors, lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, and API integrations, and develop scripting in Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON, while ensuring OpenShift

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Expertise in Maximo architecture, MIF, automation scripting, and API integrations.
• Experience with reporting needs (BIRT, Power BI) and data modeling.
• Advanced Linux experience with scripting and performance management.
• MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
• Strong understanding of OpenShift, containerization, and enterprise MAS deployments.
• Knowledge of Maximo Mobile, SSO solutions, and MAF configuration.
• Experience developing automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Familiarity with secure API management and authentication frameworks.
• Proven ability to interface with cross-functional technical and leadership teams.
• Experience using Jira Service Management for issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Provide architectural leadership and hands-on implementation for MAS environments.
• Prepare and present project information to leadership and center teams.
• Lead enterprise integration design and API management strategies.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Configure Maximo Mobile, including SSO implementations and MAf configurations.
• Ensure BI reporting needs with BIRT and Power BI and data modeling.
