Job summary

Xyntek Inc is seeking an experienced candidate to manage installations and upgrades of the IBM Maximo Application Suite. The role requires strong experience with OpenShift, Oracle databases, and container technologies. Responsibilities include preparing infrastructure for upgrades, executing these upgrades, and supporting automated installations through CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving installation procedures and troubleshooting issues. This position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) installation and upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP / ROSA / ARO).
• Database knowledge: Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IBM Maximo Application Suite components.
• Prepare and validate infrastructure readiness for OpenShift.
• Execute MAS and Manage upgrades using IBM paths.
• Support automated MAS installations using CI/CD pipelines.
