Job summary

MaxAccelerate delivers IBM Maximo and MAS implementations for global clients through a nearshore model. The role leads MAS 9 installations from discovery through go-live, designing secure OpenShift environments and integrating MAS core with Maximo Manage.

You will automate delivery with MAS CLI, Ansible, Terraform and OpenShift Pipelines, and drive technical workshops while contributing to AI infrastructure. Strong client communication and remote work will be essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end MAS 9 production installation experience.
• Maximo/MAS delivery across multiple industry verticals.
• Strong Red Hat OpenShift expertise.
• Strong Linux and enterprise infrastructure skills.
• Cloud deployment architecture on IBM Cloud, Azure or AWS.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end MAS 9 production installation experience
• Maximo/MAS delivery across multiple industry verticals
• Strong Red Hat OpenShift expertise
• Strong Linux and enterprise infrastructure skills
• Cloud deployment architecture on IBM Cloud, Azure or AWS
• Hands‑on experience with Db2, Oracle or SQL Server for Maximo
• Kafka deployment and monitoring experience
• Confident client communication and remote working

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry solution or Mobile MAS application deployments
• AI infrastructure or secure enterprise integration experience
• IBM Maximo, Red Hat OpenShift or cloud certifications
• Consulting, managed services or nearshore delivery experience
