Job summary

Veriipro in Indianapolis seeks an IBM Maximo MAS specialist to develop, configure, deploy and support MAS applications, including MAS Manage, Health, Monitor, Predict, and Mobile.

You will manage 24x7 platform support, deploy MAS in OpenShift, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance reliability. You will coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IBM MAS development, configuration, implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of IBM Maximo Manage and MAS suite applications.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized deployment.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and cross-system data exchange.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, maintain, and support IBM MAS applications (Manage, Health, Monitor, Predict, Mobile).
• Manage 24×7 platform and application support, incident resolution, and development activities.
• Deploy and maintain MAS in Red Hat OpenShift and containerized environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform reliability.
• Gather business requirements and maintain project/technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and troubleshoot integrations.
• Manage service tickets, meet SLAs, and communicate progress to clients.
• Participate in status meetings, identify risks, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and knowledge sharing.
