Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IBM MAS development and support.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting MAS on container platforms.
• Knowledge of MAS modules: Manage, Health, Monitor, Predict, Mobile.
• Experience with integration interfaces and documentation.
• Familiarity with service management processes and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 MAS platform operations support.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain MAS core apps and modules.
• Monitor health, performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot installation and database-related issues.
• Develop MAS apps based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver solutions.
• Support integrations and interfaces with systems.
• Lead or participate in status meetings.
• Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage service tickets and communicate delivery status.
