Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a skilled Maximo MAS software developer to maintain, integrate, and optimize the organization's IBM Maximo Application Suite. The role focuses on seamless operations and data flow across OT systems, with strong emphasis on development and deployment using C#, Python, Java, REST APIs, and SQL.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and upgrading MAS applications, creating bolt-on interfaces and reports, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in system development, support, implementation, and upgrades.
• Two+ years of development with C#, Python, Java, REST API/JSON, and SQL.
• Experience across full product development lifecycle.
• SQL skills in MS SQL and/or Oracle databases.
• Experience with DevOps including git and versioning.
• Able to read/write code implementing business logic.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in WinForms or .NET environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Maximo MAS deployment via web apps using C#, Python, Java, REST APIs, SQL.
• Modify programming systems to support MOC and EAMS operations.
• Collaborate with user groups to design, test, and troubleshoot MAS apps.
• Gather requirements and translate into bolt-on solutions, interfaces, and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors on financial application issues and upgrades.
• Convert specs into coding directions with flowcharts and diagrams.
• Create reports using BIRT and Power BI.
• Provide after-hours support shared with the team.
• Write documentation on development, logic, and fixes.
• Meet deadlines consistently and support user training.
• Monitor performance after implementation and communicate effectively.
