The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM MAS modules, container platforms, application support, system monitoring, and service delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) development and support.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting MAS applications and platform issues.
• Strong knowledge of MAS modules including:Manage,Health,Monitor,Predict,Mobile
• Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining MAS applications on container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with application design, technical documentation, and interface coordination.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on integrations and interfaces.
• Knowledge of service management processes and service delivery practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to application, installation, and database issues.
