Targa Resources seeks an experienced Maximo Functional Support Manager to own the functional support operating model for Maximo. You will coordinate with business users, EAM, IT, and other support teams to ensure Maximo supports safe, efficient operations.

The role leads a professional team, prioritizes work based on impact and risk, and drives continuous improvement in processes, data quality, and governance across Maximo modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant Maximo/EAM experience may substitute.
• 7+ years supporting IBM Maximo or similar EAM systems.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience with team delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Maximo Functional Support staff with clear roles and performance expectations.
• Prioritize support, enhancements, testing, documentation, training, and project work based on business impact and risk.
• Provide functional leadership for Maximo and related solutions across work management, assets, PMs, materials, and security.
• Ensure requests and incidents are prioritized, resolved, and communicated through the support lifecycle.
• Maintain end-to-end Maximo process understanding and guide solutions meeting operational needs without compromising standards.
• Establish and enforce functional standards, governance, and data stewardship expectations.
• Promote Maximo use as the system of record for asset, reliability, materials, and related processes.
• Monitor data quality, recurring issues, and sponsor corrective actions and improvements.
• Lead participation in upgrades, integrations, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Oversee requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and user acceptance testing.
