Job summary
FUSTIS LLC is seeking a Warehouse Management Software Implementation Manager for multiple locations, including Lisle, IL. The role mandates strong MAWM expertise and hands-on leadership of WMS implementations with go-live and post-go-live support.
The position offers a 12+ month engagement at a pay rate of $65/hr (W2). USC & GC holders only. Virtual interviews. Residency in listed locations or nearby areas is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on MAWM experience.
- Experience leading WMS implementations, deployments, rollouts, and go-lives.
- Background in testing, configuration, UAT and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the business owner and functional lead for Outbound Operations within MAWM.
- Lead WMS design, configuration, testing, validation and implementation activities.
- Support enterprise-wide WMS implementations and go-live efforts.
- Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.
- Partner with IT and operations to define business requirements and deliver system enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for issues.
- Lead UAT, solution validation and production readiness activities.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process and system improvements.
- Evaluate MAWM functionality and support release adoption.
- Provide training and onsite support to distribution center teams.
