Job summary
Programmers.io is seeking a MAWM Support Engineer in Atlanta, GA onsite to stabilize production DCs using MAWM. The role covers production support, incident management, and integration troubleshooting with ERP/OMS/TMS/WCS, including MIF and SCI reporting.
The ideal candidate has MAWM production support experience, warehouse operations knowledge, and the ability to work with robotics platforms such as Brightpick, with travel for onsite activities as needed.
Qualifications
- MAWM production support expertise and strong configuration/operational flows
- Warehouse operations knowledge including inbound/outbound, inventory, replenishment
- Experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) and SCI reporting
- Experience supporting MAWM integrations with ERP/OMS/TMS/WCS and robotics platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management
- Monitor production environments and ensure system availability
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLAs
- Manage Sev1/Sev2 incidents and drive closure
- Coordinate with Manhattan Support, product, and infra teams for issues
- Support inbound/outbound, inventory, replenishment, and labor processes
- Review logs, API transactions, interface queues, and SCI reports
