Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking an experienced MAWM Consultant to support UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, and end-user training for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations. The role requires hands-on MAWM experience working with warehouse operations teams across the United States.

The candidate should handle UAT planning, cutover activities, and end-user training while traveling up to 60% to customer sites. Strong communication and training skills are essential for success in this customer-facing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in WMS or relevant warehouse technology roles.
• Current/recent hands-on MAWM experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment.
• Experience supporting UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare for WMS/MAWM implementations.
• Strong experience working with business users and warehouse operations teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training/facilitation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing consulting environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Work with business users and warehouse teams to validate end-to-end MAWM processes and workflows.
• Provide Go-Live and hypercare support, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and production stabilization.
• Support cutover and Go-Live readiness activities across warehouse sites.
• Deliver MAWM training to end users, super users, and business stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, user guides, process documentation, and test scenarios.
• Conduct system demonstrations and business process walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and client teams to resolve issues.
• Provide on-site support during UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live activities.
• Travel to customer/warehouse locations across the U.S. as required.

About the Role

• Experience supporting multiple warehouse sites or large-scale WMS implementations.
