Job summary

FUSTIS LLC is seeking a Warehouse Management Software Implementation Manager for multiple locations, including Lisle, IL. The role mandates strong MAWM expertise and hands-on leadership of WMS implementations with go-live and post-go-live support.

The position offers a 12+ month engagement at a pay rate of $65/hr (W2). USC & GC holders only. Virtual interviews. Residency in listed locations or nearby areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner and functional lead for Outbound Operations within MAWM.
• Lead WMS design, configuration, testing, validation and implementation activities.
• Support enterprise-wide WMS implementations and go-live efforts.
• Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.
• Partner with IT and operations to define business requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for issues.
• Lead UAT, solution validation and production readiness activities.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend process and system improvements.
• Evaluate MAWM functionality and support release adoption.
• Provide training and onsite support to distribution center teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) experience
• Experience leading WMS implementations, deployments, rollouts, and go-lives
• Experience with WMS configuration, solution design, testing, and UAT
• Background supporting warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, and logistics operations
• Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS design, configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Support enterprise-wide warehouse management system implementations and go-live efforts.

• Partner with IT, operations leaders, and vendors to define business requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop sustainable corrective actions for operational and system issues.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and production readiness activities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process and system improvements.
• Evaluate new MAWM functionality and support versionless release adoption.
• Provide training and onsite support to distribution center teams during and after implementation.
• Support inbound, outbound, labor management, slotting, and warehouse optimization initiatives.
