Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Maui is seeking a Ferraro’s Host to greet and seat guests, coordinate reservations and respond to inquiries with efficiency and courtesy, upholding Four Seasons service standards. This part-time role requires at least one year in food and beverage service, knowledge of restaurant operations, computer reservations, and excellent English; tuberculosis clearance is required.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for training and growth

Qualifications

Minimum one year of food & beverage service or related work.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, Four Seasons policies, or hotel services.
Ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
Reading, writing and spoken English proficiency required.
Tuberculosis Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the party size and preferences.
Set up host/hostess station, review reservations, and coordinate room setup and coverage.
Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information about restaurant or hotel services.
