Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Ferraro's Server Assistant to support food servers by delivering dishes, clearing tables, and ensuring guest comfort in a luxury resort setting.

Minimum one year in food service is required; candidates must be able to carry a tray and hold a Hawaii Food Handler's Card with tuberculosis clearance. Full-time availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers with serving and attending to guest needs.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
