You will guide projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government agencies to ensure safety, budget, and schedule compliance. The role emphasizes design coordination, permitting, cost control, and effective communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of building construction experience in Hawaii.
• Experience with vertical construction and owner’s representation.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and civil plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Lead meetings, site visits, and field coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, RFIs, and closeout.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
