Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct management for planning and design of projects and teams.
- Hawaii PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Experience on projects for statewide and county agencies in Hawaii.
- Strong proposal and technical writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct planning, directing, and monitoring of technically complex projects from concept to commissioning.
- Lead multi-discipline teams including design, science, and technology professionals.
- Support business development, client relations, and proposal development.
- Mentor and coach engineers and designers; build internal and client networks.
