Discovery Land Company is seeking a Club Server at Makena Golf & Beach Club on Maui, HI. The role supports the Food and Beverage Service Department by delivering an exceptional member and guest dining experience with deep menu knowledge and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; State Food Safety Certificate preferred.
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests and team members.
• Greet guests and members, anticipate needs, and respond promptly.
• Present knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials; make recommendations.
• Enter transactions into POS and close sales accurately and timely.
