Responsibilities

• Safely retrieve mattresses from conveyor and position for processing
• Operate sewing machines and adjust settings as needed
• Close covers, verify law tags, and ensure labeling compliance
• Perform quality checks and maintain sanitation standards
• Oil machines, replace needles, and repair minor defects
• Communicate with Maintenance on machine issues
• Conduct final quality inspections and paperwork
• Place finished mattresses on conveyor for next steps
• Cross-train within the department to support production
• Meet daily production quotas while upholding safety
