Qualifications

• Prior factory or mattress-assembly experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Good attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Gluing mattress foam layers
• Assemble springs, foam and upholstery materials into mattresses
• Operate spray glue workstation
• Mattress innerspring preparation
• Foundation upholstery and stapling
• Material handling
• General factory cleanup
