Steinhafels in New Berlin is seeking a full-time, 1st shift mattress assembler to operate machinery for mattress and box spring assembly in our bedding factory.

Qualifications

• This position requires frequent lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to use various power tools for assembly purposes.
• Good attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Gluing mattress foam layers
• Assemble springs, foam and upholstery materials into mattresses
• Operation of spray glue workstation
• Mattress innerspring preparation
• Foundation upholstery and stapling
• Material handling
• General factory clean up
