Responsibilities

• Contributes to district goals and supports school priorities.
• Implements core practices for instructional coaching and student engagement.
• Organizes coaching cycles and sets goals for coaching.
• Uses standards-based learning targets to guide instruction and co-planning with teachers.
• Co-teaches with a focus on effective instructional practices and shares feedback.
• Assists leadership by analyzing data to improve instructional planning and student achievement.
• Hosts collaborative planning sessions and professional development for staff.
• Maintains records and reports on coaching activities and outcomes.

Education

Maine Teaching Certification
