Responsibilities

• Develop learning maps and units aligned to standards.
• Support teachers with daily/weekly and unit lesson plans.
• Design and assess school change initiatives for student growth.
• Expand teachers' use of instructional resources and technology.
• Ensure student achievement data drives instructional decisions.
• Model best practices through demonstrations with teachers.
