Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors with Masters in relevant fields required.
• Minimum 12 semester units in graduate level coursework needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics courses as a part-time instructor.
• Support student success and academic integrity.

Education

Masters Degree in mathematics or applied mathematics

Bachelors in mathematics, statistics, or physics AND Masters in statistics, physics, or mathematics education

12 semester units in graduate level coursework in pure or applied mathematics

Job description

The Mathematics Division is currently accepting applications for part-time Mathematics instructors.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Masters Degree in mathematics or applied mathematics
2. OR Bachelors in either of the above AND Masters in statistics, physics, or mathematics education
3. AND a minimum of 12 semester units in graduate level coursework in pure or applied mathematics from an accredited institution
4. OR the equivalent.

Foreign transcripts and degrees require official certification of equivalency to U.S. transcripts and degrees by a certified U.S. review service at the time of application.
