Job summary

Math Corps is seeking Math Tutors in Minnesota to deliver small-group math tutoring at local schools. You’ll lead sessions (up to 3 students) for 20–30 minutes, then return students to class and prep for the next group. Training and coaching support will be provided to help you grow and succeed.

Positions run for the 2026-27 school year with both full-time AmeriCorps stipend roles and part-time options available. Get involved with a nationally-supported program powered by Ampact.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include reliability with attendance, ability to follow instructions and apply feedback, basic computer skills including email, fluent English, 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent, U.S. citizenship or eligible resident, and ability to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software
