The role emphasizes data-informed planning, engaging instruction, and a positive, inclusive classroom. A Bachelor's in Education and a valid Ohio teaching license or eligibility are required; experience with reading and math interventions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education and eligibility for Ohio teaching licensure are required.
• Experience in elementary or middle school settings is preferred and reading/math intervention knowledge is essential.
• Strong data-driven decision making and instructional planning skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group reading and mathematics intervention for eligible K–8 students.
• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction using Performance Academies' approved curriculum and resources.
• Differentiate instruction to address individual learning needs and close academic gaps.
• Utilize assessment data to identify learning needs and personalize instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to evaluate student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
