You will deliver standards-aligned lessons, differentiate for diverse learners, and monitor progress to close achievement gaps.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, data-driven planning, and a commitment to an inclusive, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required or eligible.
• Experience in reading and math intervention preferred.
• Ability to analyze assessment data and inform instruction.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group reading and mathematics intervention for eligible K–8 students.
• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction using the approved curriculum and resources.
• Differentiate instruction to address individual learning needs and close gaps.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to improve student achievement.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to monitor progress and adjust plans.
