Competitive compensation between $40,000 and $65,000, with stipends and performance-based raises possible. Responsibilities include rigorous instruction and collaboration with families to support student growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant content area.
• Content area certification preferred.
• Demonstrated record of measurable student achievement and growth.
• Strong command of Tier I instructional practices and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into instructional decisions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, high-quality Tier I instruction grounded in evidence-based strategies.
• Monitor student understanding and adjust instruction in real time.
• Use assessment data to identify gaps and drive instruction forward.
• Differentiate to ensure access to rigorous, grade-level content.
• Provide consistent, specific feedback tied to learning targets and growth.
• Establish routines aligned to school-wide expectations.
• Hold high academic and behavioral expectations for every student.
