Qualifications

• This role requires an associate degree or 60 credit hours with strong math coursework.
• Must be familiar with Maple or Geometer’s Sketchpad and math tutoring software.
• Experience tutoring math concepts and using graphing calculators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students in the Math Resource Center, both in-person and via digital channels.
• Assist with homework software issues and math-related technology.
• Proctor exams and maintain logs and materials for the lab.
• Help administer a calculator lease program and manage loaned texts/calculators.
• Answer phones, perform basic clerical duties, and keep the lab organized.
• Move tables/chairs and support a clean, safe lab environment.
