The International School of Texas seeks a Secondary School Learning Specialist to support students with identified learning differences in grades 6–10. The role emphasizes targeted interventions and collaboration with teachers, parents, and outside professionals to promote academic progress.

Based in Bee Cave, TX, this full-time, in-person position reports to the Head of Secondary School and offers a dynamic, supportive school community with IB World School status and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the subject area.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience developing innovative curricula and hands-on experiential learning.
• Knowledge of IB would be advantageous.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement, including staying informed about current instructional trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted interventions for students with learning differences.
• Support teachers to advance students with different learning needs within the classroom.
• Collaborate with parents, students, and outside professionals to support academic progress.
