Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in Baltimore County is seeking a knowledgeable, patient After-School Math Instructor/Tutor to lead an Academic Success: Math Enrichment program for elementary students.

This in-person, after-school role offers 1.5-hour sessions at $37.50 per session ($25/hour). Curriculum and materials are provided; no lesson planning is required. Instruction will accommodate roughly 15–25 students, grades K–5, in Baltimore County.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of elementary-level mathematics.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5.
• Patient, encouraging, and able to explain concepts clearly.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Reliable transportation to the program location.
• Must complete Baltimore County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring a knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic After-School Math Instructor/Tutor to lead an Academic Success: Math Enrichment program for elementary-aged students in Baltimore County.

The program is designed to provide students with additional support in mathematics while helping them build stronger academic skills, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning.
