Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc is seeking enthusiastic After-School Lacrosse Instructors to lead fun, engaging lacrosse enrichment programs for elementary students in Baltimore City schools.

This part-time, in-person role runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with 1.5-hour sessions. You will follow a structured curriculum, teach basic lacrosse skills, and supervise groups of 15–25 students in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Lacrosse coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging lacrosse sessions for elementary students.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities.
• Teach fundamental stick skills, passing, catching, shooting, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students.
• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and dependable After-School Lacrosse Instructors to lead fun, engaging lacrosse enrichment programs for elementary-aged students at schools throughout Baltimore City.

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
• No lesson planning required
• Curriculum and equipment provided
