Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Math Instructor for The Excel Center in Bartholomew County. The role runs 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with Monday–Thursday instructional days and Fridays are flexible/preparatory. The general salary is $48-$59K and includes full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in subject specialty and a current Indiana Teaching Certification in the subject specialty, or willingness to obtain an emergency teaching license.
• Employs various approaches, learning styles, and channels to instruct and engage students with varied content and goals.
• Strong communication in oral, written, and digital formats; ability to relay information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements curricula and assessments meeting academic standards and measures progress toward mastery.
• Tracks student data to set goals and drive improvement.
• Builds relationships with students and communicates progress to students and colleagues.
• Works with school leadership to develop school-wide goals and graduation outcomes.
• Supports staff with professional development and goal setting.
