Job summary

Qualifications

• T-5 content certification.
• Leadership or instructional supervision endorsement preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in standards-based learning, classroom management, and using data to improve instruction.

Responsibilities

• Coaches teachers to improve student learning through formative assessment and lesson planning.
• Collaborates with student support services to analyze and report growth data.
• Compiles data from various sources to inform instructional strategies.
• Ensures effective communication among teachers, staff, and administrators.
• Models best learning practices in classrooms and professional settings.
• Plans meetings for grade-level teams to share standards-based information.
• Prepares professional development materials for growth and excellence.
• Researches current instructional developments to refresh methods.
