Job summary

• Understanding of standards and state assessments required for instructional coaching.
• Expertise in high-leverage instructional strategies and culturally-responsive pedagogy.
• Ability to translate mastery requirements into instructional plans and feedback.
• Commitment to creating inclusive environments and providing professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Develops mastery of academic standards for coaching subjects and grade levels.
• Sets measurable coaching goals with teachers and leads coaching cycles.
• Models highest-leverage teaching skills and data-informed feedback.
• Supports implementation of EL, IB or other reform models district‑wide.
• Facilitates PLCs and aligns data analysis to daily instruction.
• Provides induction support and coordinates with school leadership.
