• Prepares professional development materials for growth and instructional excellence.
• Researches developments in content areas for current instructional techniques.
• Responds to inquiries for issue resolution and data analysis.
• Serves on teams to use data to improve student achievement.
• Works with administrators and teachers to implement the school improvement plan.
